The mandrel is made from 40CrNiMoA chromium-molybdenum alloy tool steel, while the threaded components are made of W6Mo5CR4V2 wear-resistant alloy steel, with a hardness of HRC60. The screw features conveying blocks, mixing blocks, shearing blocks, banburying blocks, kneading blocks, countercurrent blocks, and modular building block components. The mandrel is gradually splined, and the components can be combined according to any material ratio to meet different extrusion process needs. - Combination Method
The screw assembly follows a building block spiral design, and the machine barrel is multi-sectioned with a self-cleaning function. - Heating Zone
The barrel has 5 cast aluminum heaters, and the machine head has 1 heater, with each section having a heating power of 1 kW. The external parts are covered with a safety protective wind hood. - Cooling Zone
The entire barrel section features a soft water circulation cooling system. The cooling water flow rate for each section is adjustable. The system is equipped with a self-priming circulating water pump, a 304 stainless steel water storage tank, inlet and outlet water pipes, and electromagnetic valve components. Independent temperature control and cooling are implemented for each section of the barrel unit. - Main Feeder
Single-component vector weighing feeder with an accuracy of ± 5%, feeding speed adjustable from 0-50rpm via variable frequency control. - Side Feeder
Fiberglass feeding port, using a single-component vector weighing feeder with an accuracy of ± 5%, feeding speed adjustable from 0-50rpm via variable frequency control. - Electric Control System
PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface system, with dynamic display and monitoring of the extrusion process, including temperature control, driving, speed, pressure, interlocking, and intercontrol functions. - Power supply
