The laboratory 3d filament extrusion line is designed for the extrusion of pla, abs, and other 3d printing materials. It features uniform dispersion, plastification, and coloring, as well as filling and modification capabilities. Equipped with a 38crmoal chromium-molybdenum alloy screw with an adjustable speed range of 0-125rpm, it ensures high wear resistance and stable extrusion, making it perfect for 3d printing filaments, functional modified materials, and lab research applications.

0-40MPa high precision melt pressure sensor detects changes in head pressure, interlock loop control of the host running. - Melt Temperature
High precision melt temperature sensor monitors melt temperature changes. - Control System
PLC programmable color touch screen, man-machine interface operation system, can dynamically display and monitor the extrusion process, including temperature control, driving, speed, pressure, interlocking, and intercontrol function. - Safety Protection
The melt pressure is interlocked with the host for overpressure alarm protection; the melt temperature is interlocked with the host for low temperature start-up protection. - Power supply
